Standard delivery is via DPD Couriers. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Should you return your purchase within 7 days of the date it was dispatched, we will refund you any money you have paid us for that item (you will only need to pay for the postage). Where 7 days have passed, we will be happy to offer an exchange to the value of your purchase within 14 days.

JellyBean’s promise is to delivery within 4-8 working days but sometimes due to shipping issues out of our control it may exceed this time. If this occurs we will notify you by email within 24 hours after your order is placed.
