Are the beds safe?

All kids beds sold in Ireland have to conform to the safety standards and these are BS8509 and tested to FIRA standards meaning you can sleep easy knowing your kids are in the safest beds.

Do you offer assembly?

Munster & Leinster Customers - We have a company we use for Cork and surrounding counties but they are external to Jellybean and payable directly.

Rest of Ireland - Depending on your location we are happy to give a recommendation for reliable companies we have used in the past.

Is it difficult to assemble? Does it take long?

Self Assembly Tips

We always recommend you have someone assemble who has previous experience in assembling furniture.

Always read your instructions before starting and follow the steps laid out.

Instructions must be adhered to. Eg. If the instructions state that you must screw slats to the base, then the slats must be secured in the correct manner.

Do not use power tools for the final fix. (This will avoid the hardware being assembled with too much force or too tightly causing the wood to split or weaken)

The length of time taken to assemble the beds can vary depending on your experience. NB Beds with storage will always take a bit longer to assemble.

What is a special order?

A "Special Order" is a made-to-order product, and not currently stocked in Ireland. Because of this, cancellations on "Special Order" products will not be accepted. Delivery times on "Special Order" products may vary, subject to Manufacturer/Brand. For Example: 

Vipack: 10 Days 

Lifetime: 4/6 Weeks

What age group are your beds suitable for?

All our beds are designed specifically for children and take a max weight of 75kgs. It is best to narrow down what type of bed you want and judge longevity of the product for your child with this in mind. 

Can I order online & collect in store?

Yes we provide a Click & Collect Service. We follow up every order with a phone call so we will let you know when your order is available to collect

We have great relationships with all our factories. If there is ever a problem with a product you have bought from us please do not hesitate to give us a call immediately.

What is the Returns Policy?

We are fully confident that your items will arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely instance that you have received a faulty item, it is our policy to replace any faulty parts as soon as possible.

Non-Faulty goods will only be accepted for return if you requested to return them in writing within 14 days of the goods being delivered.

Items must be in a resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
