Please note that when buying a natural wood product, discolouration can happen over time regardless of wash or paint. Both natural light and environment can change the wood overtime.
We do not provide in-house assembly. Please note, we are not responsible for issues that may occur during self-assembly resulting in damaged parts. If a product arrives faulty, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and an explanation of the issue so that we can resolve the issue.
Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at 23%. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Please refer to our delivery schedule on our website to see your estimated delivery time. We delivery smaller items by courier. Our logistics partners will be in touch with you before delivery. We delivery larger items by pallet. We will notify you in advance of a pallet delivery. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When you receive your order, if you decide that you do not want it for any reason, and the order is not unpackaged and you have not attempted assembly, please contact our office. We will offer you a full refund within 7 days, and an exchange within 14 days. Returning an item that requires a pick-up will incur a pick-up fee, as well as a restocking fee. If you unpackage your order and/or partially or fully assemble the order, before realising that you do not want the product, we cannot accept return and cannot refund you.
If you discover that your order is faulty or damaged or parts are missing, please send us an email at email@example.com. In the email, please include a description of the part(s) that are faulty or missing, clearly identified by the instructions, and images of the faults. Our custom service team will be in touch with you within 3 working days. A member of our team will be appointed to your case and will liaise directly with you.
Jelly Bean Distribution Ltd, Unit 107, St Patrick Mills, Douglas, Co Cork, Ireland. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Registered Post (Recorded Delivery).
